- 15min elliptical, as actually prescribed by an actual medical doctor

Comments
- lower than I’d like of course but given how long I’ve been out and injured, I’ll take it - gotta start somewhere
- pullups were kipping-ish chinups on the weird angled globo pullup bar
- tried to keep pushups as strict as possible at expense of speed
- was hesitant about squats given recent medical history, but it wasn’t bad. a little tight and pressure-y in the last couple sets but I think manageable
